Supplier questions
Are you a manufacturer or a supplier?
We are an export and OEM supply partner. Commercial coordination, documentation and after-sales are handled by our team, and the equipment is produced by manufacturing partners in China. When a tender or import procedure requires factory documents, the corresponding partner documentation can be provided for the quoted model.
Can you supply thermal cameras and PD detectors in wholesale quantities?
Yes. Wholesale and volume orders are quoted per model with quantity breaks, and different product lines can be combined in one shipment to reduce freight cost per unit.
What is the minimum order for OEM branding?
It depends on the model and the level of customisation (logo, colour, packaging or manual). For stock models, small trial quantities are usually possible without branding. The minimum is confirmed in writing with the quotation.
Which documents come with the equipment?
Datasheet and operating manual, packing list and commercial invoice, plus the test report or certificate that applies to the exact quoted model and configuration. Pre-shipment inspection records are shared before dispatch.
Do you support tender and EPC projects?
Yes. We prepare model compliance tables, datasheets and test reports against the project specification, and quote delivery terms to the project site or the receiving port.
Which regions do you supply?
Latin America and the Caribbean, Africa, the Middle East, South and Southeast Asia and Australia. Shipments leave China by sea, air or express, with documents prepared for the destination country.
